In this category you will find transparent glass mosaics for the swimming pool and spa area, which are net-bonded on the back. This enables easy installation of wall and floor coverings. Due to the transparency, the surface to be covered should ideally be white. This allows the mosaics to develop their full color intensity.
Properties: In this category you will find transparent glass mosaics for swimming pools and spa areas. The mosaic tiles are glued to mesh on the back. The colors of the glass mosaic tiles range from white to the classic blue & turquoise green to anthracite. Glass mosaic is the perfect material for pools due to its properties. The main difference between mosaic tiles and other tiles in permanently wet areas is their extremely high durability. Continuous wetness, temperature fluctuations in outdoor areas due to changing weather conditions, water pressure and increased exposure to chemical additives such as chlorine and aggressive cleaning agents require special material properties for use in permanently wet areas. These mosaic tiles must be laid and grouted in the underwater area with a suitable epoxy resin adhesive to ensure optimum adhesion.
